Permacodes policy

Fair use, code conduct, and anti-abuse rules.

Permacodes is built around trust. These rules protect customers, keep the platform usable, and stop one code from becoming an all-purpose loophole.

1. One code, one purpose

Each code is licensed for one purchaser and one intended identity, item, asset, listing, or purpose. A code cannot be rotated across multiple unrelated products, businesses, customers, or campaigns.

2. Dynamic redirect fair use

Permanent Dynamic QR codes include one active destination at a time and up to 4 destination changes per rolling 30 days unless a different written plan is approved. Higher-frequency change requests may require an upgraded service or may be declined.

3. No transfer, resale, or sublicensing

Codes may not be resold, transferred, sublicensed, packaged into third-party offers, or used as a white-label product without written approval from Permacodes.

4. Harmful and illegal use is prohibited

Permacodes may not be used for phishing, malware, fraud, spam, impersonation, deceptive redirects, hateful content, illegal activity, harassment, or any activity that puts people, devices, businesses, or the Permacodes brand at risk.

5. Review and suspension rights

If a code appears abusive, dangerous, misleading, or legally problematic, Permacodes may pause, review, suspend, or terminate that code while investigating. Owners remain responsible for the content of the links they control.

6. Analytics disclaimer

Any future scan insights, location data, or behavioral stats are approximate and informational. They are not guaranteed to represent exact GPS locations, exact identity data, or complete user behavior.

7. Free and starter offers

The Free Quick QR offer generates a static PNG only and includes no edits, no redirect layer, and no stats. Branded QR Starter is a limited setup offer and may change over time as launch promotions change.
